Dutch fitness coach Raymond Verheijen has again hit out at Arsenal's injury troubles and claimed that some are in denial about the problems at the Emirates Stadium, wondering how long it will take fans to declare enough is enough.

The Gunners, who are already wrestling with a number of injuries to key players, suffered further blows during Sunday's 1-1 draw away at Norwich as Laurent Koscielny and Alexis Sanchez were forced off, while Santi Cazorla finished the match limping.

Verheijen is a long-time critic of Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger's training methods and today renewed his attack on the Frenchman.

The Dutchman said via Twitter: "For years Arsenal is great to watch. When their best 11 is on the pitch they are obvious title contenders. But they hardly play with best 11.

"All 23 Arsenal 1st team outfield players were injured in 2015 except for Joel Campbell but still people are in denial & looking for excuses", he continued.

"The problem in football is that most people do not see the bigger picture. They are only thinking about the last result & the next game", the fitness coach added.

Verheijen claims that Arsenal are now in "total chaos" on the injury front and questioned how long the pattern will be allowed to repeat until the club's fans demand changes.

The Dutchman continued: "However, this season Arsenal is in a total injury chaos yet again. In 2015, 22 of 23 outfield players were injured.

"How often should the pattern repeat itself & how many more injury crises should happen before the media & the fans say 'enough is enough'?" he concluded.

Arsenal now face a tense wait to discover the extent of the injuries suffered by Koscienly, Sanchez and Cazorla at the weekend as they head into the busy festive period of fixtures which can often make or break a season.
