Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri has rubbished speculation linking him with the manager’s job at Chelsea.

After sacking Jose Mourinho in December last year, Chelsea are being managed by Guus Hiddink on an interim basis until the end of the season, but the club have stepped up their search for their next full time manager.

And the club are reportedly keen to take Allegri to west London next season, with rumours suggesting that they are close to agreeing a deal with the multiple Serie A winning manager.

However, Allegri rubbished the speculation of him moving to Chelsea at the end of the season and is keen to move on from the rumours of linking him with the manager’s job at Stamford Bridge.

When asked about the Chelsea rumours, the Italian was quoted as saying by Italian daily Tuttosport: “There is nothing in it.

Allegri still has a contract until the end of next season with Juventus and the club are keen to hold on to the former AC Milan boss at least until his deal expires.
