Manchester City and Liverpool are ready to offer big wages to Marc-Andre ter Stegen to take him away from Barcelona during the summer transfer window.

Since joining the Catalan giants in 2014 from Borussia Monchengladbach, the German has struggled to cement himself as the club’s first choice goalkeeper and has mostly been used in the cup competitions.

Liverpool remain interested in signing the German custodian and even Manchester City have joined the chase to snare him away from the European champions at the end of the season.

And according to Catalan daily Sport, both Premier League giants have offered to double his wages to tempt Ter Stegen into leaving Barcelona during the summer transfer window.
