Fixture: Real Madrid vs Manchester City
Competition: Champions League
Kick-off: 19:45 (UK time)

Manchester City have confirmed their starting line-up and substitutes to tackle Spanish giants Real Madrid at the Bernabeu in the second leg of their Champions League semi-final tie.

The first leg at the Etihad Statium ended in a 0-0 draw, leaving the tie finely balanced as both teams dream of taking their place alongside Atletico Madrid in the final. Manuel Pellegrini makes eight changes from Manchester City's last fixture, with Sergio Aguero leading the line, while Yaya Toure, Kevin De Bruyne and Jesus Navas provide support. Fernandinho and Fernando will look to boss the midfield.

At the back, Nicolas Otamendi teams up with Vincent Kompany as the central defensive pairing, while Bacary Sagna is at right-back and Gael Clichy at left-back. Joe Hart is in goal.

On the bench Pellegrini can call for Raheem Sterling if he needs to inject pace into the game, while striker Wilfried Bony is another option for the Chilean to select.
