Alex Song, who was on loan at West Ham United from Barcelona last season, is closing on a switch to Turkish giants Galatasaray.
The Cameroon international is not staying at West Ham for what would be a third season, while he is also surplus to requirements at Barcelona.
According to Turkish outlet Fotospor, Song's agent and Galatasaray have thrashed out a three-year contract which has been given the thumbs up from the midfielder; Song would earn €1.5m per year in Istanbul.
Now Galatasaray are to approach Barcelona to try to agree a deal with the Catalan club.
Song has a further year left on his contract at Barcelona, but the Camp Nou outfit may even allow him to move without a fee.
