Alvaro Morata wants Arsenal and Chelsea to offer him a contract worth €7.5m net per season, according to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Juventus striker's situation this summer is up in the air amid talk Real Madrid will use their buy-back clause to sign him and then quickly sell him on at a profit.




Juventus are set for talks with Real Madrid over Morata, but it appears Los Blancos have already fired the starting gun on the scramble for his signature.

Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with Morata, but it is Arsenal and Chelsea who have been told how much the Spain star is looking to earn if he moves this summer.

It is unclear whether either Premier League side are willing to meet Morata's demands, or whether they can agree a fee with Real Madrid, or even Juventus, to sign the hitman.

Morata is currently in France at Euro 2016 with Spain and played in the country's opening group stage game, a 1-0 win over the Czech Republic.
