Ajax have Croatian talent Marko Pjaca on their radar, but appear to have been priced out of the race for his signature.

Pjaca is being chased by Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool, while AC Milan are also watching developments. Meanwhile, Juventus have asked Pjaca's club side Dinamo Zagreb for information on the player.

Dinamo Zagreb are claimed to be looking for around €16m to €17m in order to allow the forward to leave this summer.

And though Ajax are firm fans of Pjaca and have him on their radar, they are unlikely to be able to financially compete, according to Dutch outlet Soccer News.

The 21-year-old has represented Croatia at various youth levels and is currently in the senior squad with eleven caps to his name.

He came off the bench for Croatia in their last 16 defeat to Portugal at Euro 2016 recently and now the focus has very much turned to his future at club level.

Pjaca joined Dinamo Zagreb in 2014 and wasted little time in forcing his way into the pitcure.

He scored a hat-trick in his side's Europa League win over Scottish champions Celtic in 2014, further enhancing his reputation.
