Carlos Bacca is expected to give West Ham United his decision on whether to accept their offer by Monday.

The Hammers have made a bid of €30m for the Colombia international striker, which his club side AC Milan are ready to accept, and Bacca's agent has been holding talks with the Premier League side.

West Ham are keen to snap up Bacca, who netted 20 goals in all competitions for AC Milan last season.

They have given the Colombian time to consider their proposal and according to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato, Bacca is set to give West Ham his answer on Monday.

While West Ham have presented the Colombian with a lucrative proposal, he also has interest from Spanish giants Atletico Madrid.
