Leeds United have officially announced their team and substitutes for their final pre-season friendly, today at Elland Road against Serie A side Atalanta.
Head coach Garry Monk is building his team up for their first Championship game, next weekend away at QPR, and will view the clash with Atalanta as a vital sign of just how far his side have come over the course of the summer.
The Leeds boss, whose team may give an indication of that which will face QPR, selects full-back Gabriele Perico, who is on trial at the club and looking to win a deal. Rob Green is in goal, while Kyle Bartley and Sol Bamba form the central defensive pairing. Toumani Diagouraga will want to boss the midfielder and has young Ronaldo Vieira for help.
Up front, Monk is looking to Chris Wood, Kemar Roofe and Stuart Dallas to cause problems for the Italians, while on the bench he has 13 options, including Jordan Botaka, Hadi Sacko and Marcus Antonsson.
