West Ham United have completed the season-long loan capture of Argentine striker Jonathan Calleri, however they are still waiting for his international clearance.

Hammers boss Slaven Bilic confirmed recently that he was confident of pushing a deal for Calleri over the line and now the London side have completed his signing.

Calleri has signed a season-long loan deal with the Hammers, but his international clearance still has to come through, which means there is still some time to wait before he can play for the club.

Son of co-chairman David Sullivan, Jack, wrote on Twitter: "Calleri has signed on a season-long loan.

"However, he needs international clearance, which takes a few days, before he can play", he added.
