Genk starlet and Nigeria international Wilfried Ndidi is on the radar of Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, according to Belgian daily Het Laatste Nieuws.

The defensive midfielder, who made his first team debut for Genk in the 2014/15 campaign, has made nine appearances in all competitions this season, while in total he has turned out 58 times for the club.

Ndidi’s impressive displays for Genk have seen both Chelsea and Spurs send scouts to take in his performances in Belgium.

However, it has been suggested that at present neither of the English powerhouses are targeting Ndidi, hinting he is very much one for the future.

Although a holding midfielder, the Nigerian international has thus far managed to score four times and set up three goals.
