Liverpool flop Mario Balotelli has arrived in the south of France as a potential move to Nice becomes a concrete possibility.
Balotelli's agent has been working overtime to find his client a new club after Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp indicated he is not part of his plans, while AC Milan have shown no desire to sign him following a loan spell.
The Italian's performances have dipped alarmingly and thoughts of playing for top level clubs are a thing of the past.
He was recently offered to Nantes, who finished 14th in Ligue 1 last season, but the French side knocked him back.
Balotelli could still be playing in France this season though as Nice are exploring a deal for the striker.

According to French radio station RMC, Balotelli flew into Nice on Thursday night and will hold talks with the club's officials on Friday.
It remains to be seen whether Nice will be able to find an agreement with the Liverpool striker, who is on a lucrative contract at Anfield.
