Marcelo Brozovic's agent has confirmed that Inter are trying to offload his client this summer and has thrown Arsenal and Chelsea into the mix for his signature.

The Nerazzurri are set to do deals for Portuguese midfielder Joao Mario and Brazilian forward Gabigol, meaning they want to bring money in to stay on the right side of the financial fair play rules.

Brozovic is poised to be sacrificed and the player's agent feels that Arsenal and Chelsea are both options for his client.

Miroslav Bicanic, speaking to Croatian outlet Index, said: "It's true, there are many possibilities [for my client] and we're talking about the great football clubs in Europe.

"I heard that Chelsea executives are in Milan and Arsenal want to have him", the agent continued.

"Inter are pushing to sell him to one of the clubs that are willing to pay a figure that satisfies all parties."

Brozovic's agent is not in a rush to push a deal over the line though, arguing there is still time to work through things, while his client is still an Inter player until such time as he puts pen to paper on a contract elsewhere.

"Now I am in Zagreb and there is still time before the end of the market", Bicanic explained.

"Things are not urgent and as long as Marcelo has not signed a contract with his new club he is an Inter player."

Inter are claimed to be looking for around €25m in order to sell the Croatia international this summer.
