Jack Wilshere has agreed terms with Italian Serie A giants Roma, meaning he could well be joining the Giallorossi on a loan deal for the season.

The England midfielder has been chased by Bournemouth and Crystal Palace, with the pair holding talks with Wilshere to sell themselves to him yesterday.

But Roma have burst into the race and are pushing hard to take Wilshere to Italy, where he would be reunited with Wojciech Szczesny, who is just starting his second season-long loan at the club from Arsenal.

According to the BBC, Roma have now managed to thrash out terms with Wilshere's representatives.

However, the Serie A giants still need to work out an agreement with Arsenal to take Wilshere to Italy.
