Celtic midfielder Stuart Armstong is not likely to leave Paradise today, despite having interest from two clubs in the English Championship.

Armstrong has been linked with leaving Celtic and with Bhoys boss Brendan Rodgers having made a number of additions, the midfielder could have been heading away from Glasgow.

But Armstrong is poised to continue at the Scottish champions.

According to BBC Scotland, Armstrong has interest from two clubs in England's second tier, but he is unlikely to leave Celtic before the transfer window slams shut this evening.

The 24-year-old has featured in five games for Celtic under Rodgers so far this season, turning out in the Champions League qualifiers, the Premiership and the League Cup.
