Rangers striker Martyn Waghorn believes that his team need to raise their game as they look to disappoint teams that visit Ibrox.

The Gers are still unbeaten at home in the league, though their dominance has decreased with Mark Warburton's side having won only one of their three matches at the ground, drawing the other two.

According to the striker, most of the teams visiting Ibrox have tried to cling on to whatever they have managed to get, working hard in order to achieve their goal.

Waghorn believes that it is something that Rangers previously experienced last year, but their promotion to the Scottish top tier this term means that they now have to compete with teams of higher standards and quality, making life difficult for them.

“You see how teams come to Ibrox and graft for 95 or 96 minutes just to cling on to anything they can", Waghorn told his club's official website.
