Marcus Rashford has lauded team-mate Zlatan Ibrahimovic's mentality, explaining the Manchester United summer signing is determined to win every single game he plays.

Ibrahimovic landed at Old Trafford in the summer transfer window following the expiry of his contract with French champions Paris Saint-Germain.

Now 35 years old, Ibrahimovic has wasted no time in making an impact at Old Trafford, but beyond his performances on the pitch, he is also having an impact off it on his team-mates.

Rashford explained that Ibrahimovic has an intense desire to win, showing the mentality which is needed at the highest level in the game.

And the Manchester United hitman also has no complaints about Ibrahimovic's character, saying he is easy to get along with.

"The way he approaches every game is about winning.

"He wants to win, regardless of the opponent, whether we are home or away, whatever the odds, he always wants to find a way to win.
