Fixture: Arsenal vs Reading
Competition: EFL Cup
Kick-off: 19:45 (UK time)

Arsenal have confirmed their starting eleven and substitutes to play host to Reading at the Emirates Stadium in an EFL Cup tie this evening.

The Gunners head into the game on the back of a disappointing draw at home in the Premier League against Middlesbrough and will be keen to get back to winning ways against the Championship team.

Looking to make no mistakes at home, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger picks Lucas Perez to lead the line, giving the summer signing a chance to shine. He is supported by Alex Iowbi, Jeff Reine-Adelaide and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Mohamed Elneny will look to control midfield, while the central pairing in defence is Rob Holding and Gabriel Paulista.

On the bench Wenger can turn to Olivier Giroud if he needs to bring on another striker, while young midfielder Gedion Zelalem will be hoping the Arsenal boss turns to him at some point tonight.
