Liverpool have officially named their starting eleven and substitutes to take on Manchester City at Anfield in a Premier League fixture this evening.
Jurgen Klopp's men are looking to keep the pressure on Chelsea by putting Manchester City to the sword, something which would also damage the Citizens' title hopes in the Premier League.
Liverpool head into the game unbeaten at Anfield in 23 matches and to take the run to 24 with a positive result, Klopp picks Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Adam Lallana to provide the attacking threat, while Emre Can, Georginio Wijnaldum and Jordan Henderson will want to dominate midfield. Ragnar Klavan and Dejan Lovren form the central defensive pairing.
From the bench, Klopp can call for two strikers in the form of Daniel Sturridge and Divock Origi if he needs to chase the game, while Lucas Leiva is an experienced midfield option.
