Fixture: Tottenham Hotspur vs Aston Villa
Competition: FA Cup
Kick-off: 16:00 (UK time)

Tottenham Hotspur have officially named their starting eleven and substitutes to lock horns with Aston Villa in a third round FA Cup this this afternoon.

Spurs last faced Villa, who were relegated last season, in March 2016 at Villa Park and ran out comfortable 2-0 winners, keeping their Premier League title push on track.

Aston Villa are under new management in the shape of Steve Bruce and will be keen to compete with Spurs as they seek to cause a cup upset. In an effort to make sure that does not happen, Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino gives Dutch striker Vincent Janssen a chance to impress up top, while he will have support from Heung-Min Son and Moussa Sissoko. Harry Winks plays, while at the back, Cameron Carter-Vickers comes in, with Toby Alderweireld and Kevin Wimmer also selected.

From the bench, the Argentine tactican can call for Dele Alli if needed, while experienced heads Victor Wanyama and Jan Vertonghen are also amongst the substitutes.
