Arsene Wenger has revealed that it is up to Arsenal defender Carl Jenkinson to agree terms with Crystal Palace over a move to Selhurst Park in the ongoing transfer window.

Jenkinson missed the start of the season with a knee ligament injury and has played barely any football since his return from injury, prompting suggestions that he could leave Arsenal.

Wenger has been willing to let the 24-year-old defender leave the Gunners in the ongoing transfer window and Crystal Palace are the club who have been chasing the player for weeks.

The Arsenal boss admits that it is possible that Jenkinson will join Sam Allardyce’s side this month and admits that it is up to the player to agree the terms of a contract with Palace.

The Frenchman said in a press conference: “Jenkinson has a possibility to go to Palace, but it’s not finalised.
