Former Manchester United star Patrice Evra is considering continuing at Juventus as Crystal Palace’s offer to him has not been convincing enough.

Evra has been considering a return to the Premier League in the ongoing transfer window and is expected to make a decision over the next week, with an offer from Palace lying on his table.

The speculation until now has pointed towards the left-back leaving Juventus this month, with the Bianconeri also identifying Schalke’s Sead Kolasinac as a potential replacement.

However, there could be a twist in the tale as according to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport, the veteran defender could opt to see out the remaining six months of his contract at Juventus.

While the defender is considering leaving the Italian champions, the offers on his table from Palace and Valencia have so far failed to convince the player about a move away from Juventus.

However, a final decision is yet to be made and Evra is expected to communicate his view to the Bianconeri hierarchy by the 26th of this month.

Palace are said to be offering a two-year contract to the five-time Premier League winning defender and it remains to be seen whether they manage to win his heart in the next week or so.
