Chelsea legend Clive Walker thinks there is no doubt that Tottenham Hotspur are the Blues' main threat when it comes to the Premier League title.

The Blues beat Hull City on Sunday to move eight points clear at the top of the table, taking full advantage of Spurs dropping two points by drawing 2-2 away at Manchester City.

Arsenal are second having edged out Burnley, but Walker considers Spurs to be Chelsea's main threat as he believes they are able to grind out results when they are not playing well, just as the Blues are.

And he also noted they are not dependent entirely on Harry Kane for goals.

"They've got a little bit of momentum and they've got players who you can see can create and score", Walker said on Chelsea TV.

"We keep talking about Harry Kane, but look at Dele Alli now.

"I would say right now, yes [they are Chelsea’s biggest threat], without a doubt.

"Tottenham look like they can drag themselves out of a hole, a bit like us", he added.

Chelsea are next in action in the FA Cup next weekend when they host Brentford at Stamford Bridge, however Antonio Conte is expected to rest his key players ahead of crunch games against Liverpool (away) and Arsenal (home).
