West Ham United have scooped up attacking midfielder Nathan Holland from Everton on a three-and-a-half year contract.

An England Under-19 international, Holland has made the move to the London Stadium from Goodison Park ahead of his contract with Everton being due to expire at the end of the season.

There had been no talk of a new contract with the Toffees and Holland has now decided to try his luck in the capital with the Hammers.

Holland has gone straight into West Ham's Under-23 side for their Premier League 2 fixture against Leicester City on Monday night, which could mean a quickfire debut for the attacking midfielder.

The England youth international had been with Everton since the age of nine and put pen to paper on a professional deal with the Toffees last summer.
