Atalanta have decided to rule out selling Franck Kessie this month, despite a huge amount of interest in his services and a potential big money bid ready to bank.

Kessie, who is heading back to Italy following the Ivory Coast's elimination from the Africa Cup of Nations, has impressed with his performances in Serie A.

He is wanted by a whole host of clubs, including Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Paris Saint-Germain, with all three reported to have made bids at various points this month.

But according to Italian outlet Fantagazzetta, Atalanta have decided that no matter the offer they are not prepared to sell Kessie this month.

The Serie A side feel his value will not be affected by keeping him until the summer, when they will then assess the approach to take.
