Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has insisted that it is important that his best players want to stay at Stamford Bridge before he can talk about their futures at the club.

The Blues have bounced back brilliantly after finishing tenth in the league last season and have dominated the Premier League again to take the title back to west London for the second time in three years.

However, there are question marks over the future of several key players in the Chelsea squad with Diego Costa, Eden Hazard, Cesc Fabregas and Thibaut Courtois all being linked with a move away from the club in the summer.

Chelsea are keen on holding on to their best performers and adding more quality of the squad but Conte has indicated that he won’t be trying to convince any of his players if they don’t want to continue playing for the club.

Asked about the future of his best players, the Italian said in a press conference: “First of all the players must have the pleasure to stay at Chelsea.
