Napoli have made a bid of €20m for Liverpool target Andrea Conti, with Duvan Zapata also included in the deal, according to Italian daily Il Mattino.
The defender’s future at Atalanta has been a source of constant speculation of late, as the player has attracted the interest of several European heavyweights.
Besides Liverpool, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, AC Milan and Atletico Madrid have all been credited with showing interest in Conti, with the Rossoneri thought to be leading the chase for the 23-year-old.
However, it has been claimed that AC Milan’s Serie A rivals Napoli have already put forward a bid of €20m for Conti and also included Colombian striker Zapata in the deal.
It remains to be seen if Atalanta accept Napoli’s offer for the sought after Italian, who played as a midfielder in the 2016/17 campaign.

Conti made 35 appearances in all competitions in the recently concluded season, scoring eight times and setting up five goals.
His present contract with Atalanta runs until 2021.
