Chelsea are again prepared to bid big for Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly during the summer transfer window.

The 25-year-old defender was heavily linked with a move to Chelsea last year too and Napoli had to reject offers from the eventual Premier League champions to hold on to the Senegalese.

Koulibaly enjoyed another fine season at the heart of Napoli’s defence and it seems Antonio Conte has not forgotten about him and is ready to launch a fresh assault to get him.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the Premier League champions are again set to knock on Napoli’s door for the defender and are again prepared to offer big money for him.

It has been claimed that that Chelsea are prepared to spend to the tune of €60m this summer to finally take Koulibaly to Stamford Bridge after failing to sign him last year.
