Lyon president Jean Michel-Aulas has claimed that the club are yet to receive any specific offers for Arsenal target Alexandre Lacazette this summer.

Lacazette wants to leave Lyon this summer and came close to joining Atletico Madrid before the Court of Arbitration for Sports refused to lift the transfer ban on the Spanish side last month.

While the Spanish giants have not been completely ruled out, Arsenal are currently leading the chase to sign the French striker and it has been suggested that the Gunners have offered €50m for the player.

Aulas has warned that they won’t be looking to part ways with their top striker until they sign a replacement and also insisted that they have not received any concrete bids for Lacazette yet.

The Lyon president also stressed that the striker's suitors will have to match their financial expectations before the club agree to sell Lacazette this summer.

Aulas was quoted as saying by Maxifoot: “He has expressed his desire to leave the club and we have given our consent, but things have not happened yet, so today our position is to keep him until we find a replacement.

“At the moment, we have not received any specific offers but it can happen any time.

“We want our quality players motivated and so if Alexandre wants to leave and has offers that match what he wants then we will listen to him attentively, provided they meet our valuation of the player.”

Lacazette scored 37 goals in all competitions for Lyon last season.
