Juventus have prioritised offering a new and improved contract to Chelsea target Alex Sandro as soon as possible.

Chelsea identified the Brazilian full-back as one of their priority targets in the summer, but the Premier League champions failed to convince Juventus to sell the defender.




Antonio Conte remains interested in signing Sandro and there is speculation that Chelsea could be in for him again in the January transfer window, but Juventus are anticipating another approach.

And according to Italian outlet Tutto Juve, the Serie A champions have made it a priority to sign Sandro up on a new and improved contract and fortify his future at Juventus for the long term.
 


It has been claimed that Juventus are keen to offer him a four-year contract with a significant pay rise in order to convince him to continue at the club for the long term.

The Bianconeri are aware that Chelsea are still interested in Sandro and there are more clubs across Europe who have been keeping a close watch on his performances.

Juventus believe they have one of the best full-backs in the world in Sandro and are in no mood to lose the defender to European rivals any time soon.

His current deal with Juventus has a little less than three years left on it.
