Former Leeds United midfielder Andy Couzens thinks Elland Road will be rocking when the Whites take on Reading in a Championship fixture this afternoon.

Thomas Christiansen’s team started the season brightly and moved atop the standings after winning five of their opening seven league outings.

However, Leeds are currently in the midst of a mini slump, having lost three of their last four Championship games and have dropped down to fifth spot in the table.

The Yorkshire giants, who are yet to lose a competitive fixture at Elland Road this season, headed into the international break on the back of two consecutive losses, against Cardiff City and Sheffield Wednesday respectively.

But Couzens feels the game against Reading is a big chance for his former employers to return to winning ways as he backed Elland Road to have an electric atmosphere.

"Big game today to get back to winning ways", he tweeted.

"A full house as well still unbeaten at home.

"That place will be rocking today.”

Reading, who are currently 20th in the table, lost 2-0 on their last visit to Elland Road in the 2016/17 campaign.
