Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane insists that as long as the club are targeting silverware then he is happy to stay, banishing speculation of a departure.

The England striker has taken the Premier League by storm, breaking Alan Shearer's long standing record for the most amount of goals in the Premier League in a calendar year.

Kane scored a total of 56 goals in 2017, with his 39 in the league taking him past the former Newcastle United man.

His superb form has resulted in speculation about his moving away from Tottenham, with European giants Real Madrid continuing to be linked.

The 24-year-old though has repeatedly stressed his desire to stay put at his childhood club and continue fighting for trophies which has yet again been reiterated by his statement.
