Inter have rekindled their interest in Everton outcast Davy Klaassen ahead of the summer transfer window.

Everton signed the midfielder from Ajax last summer, but the Dutchman has struggled to settle down in England and has only made five Premier League appearances this season.

He has played just six minutes of Premier League football since October and has been part of just five matchday squads since then, leading to speculation over his future at the club.

Inter were interested in signing during the winter window, but despite not playing at all, Klaassen continued to remain on Everton’s books beyond the January period.

However, he is expected to be offloaded in the summer and according to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, the Dutchman has re-emerged as a target for Inter ahead of the end of the season.
