Tottenham Hotspur striker Vincent Janssen has expressed his delight at making his return from a lengthy injury, clocking up minutes for Fenerbahce, where is on loan, against Antalyaspor.

Janssen, who had been sidelined by a foot injury he picked up in December, featured for 18 minutes in the Turkish Super Lig clash which Fenerbahce won 4-1.

The Netherlands international is delighted to be back on the pitch and is aiming to do all he can for Fenerbahce during the time remaining on his loan at the club from Spurs.

"I have missed playing games very much", he was quoted as saying by the Algemeen Dagblad.

"For the first time in my career I was injured for a long time. Now I am very happy to be able to participate again and to help the team in the decisive phase of the season", the striker continued.

"We have to play four more important games.

"We need four victories in a row to get the league title."

Even if Fenerbahce manage to win their remaing four Super Lig games this season they will still be up against it to win the title.

The Yellow Canaries currently sit in fourth spot with 60 points from 30 games, two behind second placed Istanbul Basaksehir and third placed Besiktas, and three off rivals Galatasaray.

And Fenerbahce cannot take points off any of the three teams above them as they play none in their final four games.
