Jurgen Klopp is set to push Liverpool to sign Manchester United target Christian Pulisic again this summer, but Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has insisted that he is not aware of any such move from the Reds.

The 19-year-old United States winger has been a revelation at Dortmund since breaking into the first team in 2016 and is said to be on the radar of a number of top European clubs.

Manchester United have been keeping tabs on the winger for a while and Klopp has been keen to take the American to Liverpool for some time, leading to two previous failed attempts.

And according to German daily Bild, Klopp is set to push Liverpool to try and land Pulisic again this summer and look to take the American to Merseyside in the coming months.

There are suggestions Liverpool could look to temp Dortmund into selling the player this summer with a bid worth €60m.

However, Zorc insisted that there is little sign to suggest that Klopp is plotting to take Pulisic to Liverpool in the summer.

Reacting to the speculation, the Dortmund deal-maker said: “I am in constant touch with Jurgen Klopp, but I know nothing about that.”

Pulisic, who has a contract until 2020 with Dortmund, has scored five goals and provided seven assists in 40 appearances in all competitions this season.
