Lucas Perez's agent has raised the prospect of talks with Arsenal amid interest in the Spanish striker from Lazio.

The Spaniard is almost at the end of a season-long loan spell back in his homeland with Deportivo La Coruna, who are heading down to the second tier and finish their campaign at Valencia this weekend.

Perez is expected to be on the move from Arsenal and Serie A giants Lazio are keen to take him to Italy; Lazio also looked at Perez last summer, but opted to sign Nani instead.

The player's agent admits that his client does have a liking for Lazio and the Italian capital, but says Arsenal must be spoken to first.

Rodrigo Fernandez Lovelle told Italian outlet Lalaziosiamonoi: "Lazio asked for him last year, but then nothing came of it.

"Lucas has always liked both Lazio and the city of Rome.

"And there [at Lazio] there is his great friend, Luis Alberto.

"He still has two years on his contract with Arsenal, so we need to talk to them first.

"As for Lucas, he likes the idea of Lazio, but it's still too early to talk about it", the agent added.

Despite Deportivo's struggles this season, Perez has still found the back of the net for the Spanish side on seven occasions, along with chipping in with six assists.
