Celtic defender Dedryck Boyata insists that he will look forward to the physical battle when his team take on Motherwell in the Scottish Cup final this Saturday.

The Bhoys will aim to secure their third trophy of the season when they take on Stephen Robinson's side at Hampden Park.

The Steelmen promise to be tough opponents having held the Hoops twice in the league this season. Motherwell were also Celtic's opponents in the Scottish League Cup final, though they ended up as the losers on that occasion.

Boyata, who has been an integral part of all the ups and downs at Celtic Park this season, insists that he is well aware of Motherwell's physical presence and will be ready to counter it and not run away from it.

"I don't moan about it [the physical aspect] – I'm a defender. I play against physical teams, physical strikers", Boyata was quoted as saying by the BBC.
