Leeds United have offered Bournemouth and Everton target Tom Pearce a three-year contract on an increased salary as they battle to keep the left-back at Elland Road.

Pearce's deal with Leeds is due to run out this summer and the Whites have not yet been able to agree a fresh contract with the youngster.

Everton and Bournemouth are interested in the young defender and could take him from Leeds this summer, with the fee to be set by a tribunal if one cannot be agreed with Leeds.

But Leeds have not yet given up on keeping hold of Pearce and, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, they have put a three-year contract on an increased salary in front of him.

The left-back now has one month to decide whether to accept Leeds' offer or look to move on.
