Mousa Dembele will take a decision on his future at Tottenham Hotspur after the World Cup, but at the moment he won’t sign a new contract with the club.

Dembele has a year left on his current deal to run with Tottenham and his future at club has been under the scanner since it emerged that he has been delaying signing a new contract.

Tottenham are prepared to sell the midfielder if he refuses to sign a new contract, but it has been claimed that the player is prepared to wait before he makes a decision on his future.

The 30-year-old has been selected in Belgium’s World Cup squad and according to Belgian daily Het Laatste Nieuws, he is not ready to take a call on his future at Tottenham before the end of the tournament in Russia.

The midfielder wants to concentrate on Belgium’s World Cup campaign rather than thinking about his future at the north London club.
