Maurizio Sarri is interested in taking Napoli’s Elseid Hysaj and Piotr Zielinski to Chelsea once he is confirmed as the new manager at Stamford Bridge.

The 59-year-old is claimed to have agreed a two-year deal with Chelsea to replace Antonio Conte as their new manager this summer.

Sarri is just waiting for Chelsea to pay the €8m release clause in his contract or look to negotiate a compensation fee with Napoli before he can move to west London.

And the former banker is already plotting raiding his former club for players this summer, with Kalidou Koulibaly on the top of his wishlist, but the defender is said to be keen to work with Carlo Ancelotti at the San Paolo.

However, according to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport, two more Napoli players are also on Sarri’s shortlist of targets for Chelsea and signing them could be realistic if the Blues are prepared to fork out the cash.

Full-back Hysaj and central midfielder Zielinski are on Sarri’s agenda and they have release clauses worth €50m and €65m on their respective contracts with Napoli.

If Chelsea are prepared to fork out around €115m on the two players, Napoli would be powerless to prevent the pair moving to Stamford Bridge with Sarri.

Hysaj and Zielinski are also reportedly on Arsenal’s radar this summer.
