Paris Saint-Germain are set to suffer a big blow with highly rated midfielder Yacine Adli close to leaving the club to sign for Arsenal. 

The 17-year-old is highly rated at PSG, where he has risen through the youth ranks, and the French champions have been desperate to make sure they keep him at the Parc des Princes.




But according to French sports daily L'Equipe, they are set to fail as Adli is Arsenal bound.

PSG made a lucrative contract offer to the young midfielder, while Bayern Munich and Real Madrid were interested in taking him away from France.
 


However, Adli has been won over by Arsenal and their plans for his future development.

It is claimed that Arsenal provided the teenage midfielder with a number of guarantees, one involving playing time.

And Adli has been left convinced that his career development will be best served by moving to London to join the Gunners.

He will work under former PSG coach Unai Emery at the Emirates Stadium.
