Newly promoted Serie A side Parma are considering making a move for Stoke City striker Peter Crouch this summer.

The Potters were relegated from the Premier League in the recently concluded season and Crouch could opt against playing in the grindingly long Championship campaign.

He has offers on his table from a number of quarters and could soon have a tempting proposal from Italy.

According to Italian broadcaster Sportitalia, Parma are mulling over making a move to take Crouch to Serie A.

Parma finished second in Serie B this season to book their spot in Serie A for the new campaign.
