Leeds United may have to loan out Eunan O'Kane as they are yet to receive a permanent offer for him.

O'Kane is surplus to requirements at Elland Road and Leeds are keen to offload him as head coach Marcelo Bielsa continues to trim the squad.




The transfer window for permanent deals closes today at 5pm and after then only a loan move, albeit potentially with an agreement for it to become permanent, would be possible.

And Leeds may have to agree to initially loan O'Kane out as, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, there are no permanent transfer offers in for him yet.
 


O'Kane struggled to impose himself at Leeds last term and Bielsa has decided he can do without the former Bournemouth man.

Leeds swooped to sign the 28-year-old from Bournemouth in 2016.

He has not been given a shirt number by Leeds for this season in another sign he is out of favour.

Vurnon Anita, Ouasim Bouy, Caleb Ekuban and Yosuke Ideguchi have also not been given squad numbers.
