Leeds United defender Barry Douglas has conceded that the squad are still getting used to the tactical style of head coach Marcelo Bielsa.

The Yorkshire giants pulled off a coup when they managed to convince veteran Argentine coach Bielsa to take charge of the club in the summer.

And Leeds’ ambitions seem to be paying off as they have flown out of the blocks at the start of the season and are currently sitting at the top of the Championship table on ten points.

Bielsa is known for being a hard taskmaster and his rigorous work on the training pitch, where he is known for making his players work extremely hard.

"But it’s going to require hard work.”

Leeds' players will look to keep their unbeaten run going when they visit Norwich City in the Championship on Saturday.
