Out-of-favour Everton forward Sandro Ramirez is set to join Real Sociedad after the Spanish outfit agreed a deal to sign him on loan.

Everton snapped up the Spaniard from Malaga last summer, but Sandro struggled to settle down in England and was loaned out to Sevilla for the second half of last season.

The striker is not part of Marco Silva’s plans going forward and the club have been actively looking to ship him out before the end of the transfer window in Europe this week.

And it has been claimed that the striker is now on his way back to Spain again as according to local San Sebastian daily El Diaro Vasco, Real Sociedad are on the verge of signing Sandro.

The Basque outfit have reached an agreement over a loan deal for the striker with Everton and he is set to fly out to Spain to complete the formalities of the move.

The Spaniard will be in San Sebastian on Thursday and will undergo a medical with La Real ahead of joining the club on a season-long loan deal.
