Lyon are within touching distance of a total agreement with Celtic for striker Moussa Dembele.
Celtic have been against selling Dembele to Lyon on deadline day as they believe there is precious little time to sign a replacement for the French striker.
But Lyon have not given up and Dembele has convinced Celtic to sell, with both parties now working to complete the deal before the transfer window closes this evening.
According to French outlet Foot Mercato, the two parties have almost found a total agreement on the transfer.
The remaining details are expected to be ironed out, allowing Dembele to complete his dream move back to France with Lyon.
Dembele has already agreed personal terms with Lyon.
The striker will be given a five-year contract by the Ligue 1 giants.
A move to Lyon means Dembele will be playing Champions League football for the French club in the current campaign.
