Bolton Wanderers chairman Ken Anderson has urged the home fans to attend the Leeds United game in numbers and create an intimidating atmosphere to help the team.

The Trotters were disappointed to have lost their last match against league leaders Norwich City 3-2, in spite of staging a brilliant comeback that saw them netting two late in the second half.

The chairman, while expressing his disappointment with the loss, insists that there are a lot of positives to take from the game as Bolton head into their next one against high-flying Leeds.

Anderson knows that the Peacocks will bring a large number of their own supporters with them and try to create hostility for the home side.

He has therefore urged the fans to be present in numbers and create in intimidating atmosphere so that they can come away with a positive result from the match.

"Leeds will be bringing a big following with them", Anderson wrote in a note on the club's official website.

"It is imperative that our supporters get behind our players from the first whistle until the last and generate an intimidating atmosphere.

"Tickets are available now to buy and I would urge you to get down to the University of Bolton Stadium and get behind the players en masse."

Phil Parkinson's side are in trouble, being placed deep in the relegation zone after 21 games, managing just four wins and losing eleven games.
