AC Milan are exploring the option of signing Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford on a loan deal until the end of the season in January and want to convince the Red Devils such a switch would aid his development.
The Rossoneri are in the market for a striker in the winter window and have been scouring the market for options before the year ends this month.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been a target, but AC Milan are gradually losing hope of re-signing their former striker and Liverpool hitmen Daniel Sturridge and Divock Origi have been reportedly offered to the Rossoneri by agents.
The Serie A giants are also looking in Serie A for options, but it has been claimed that they are also keeping a close watch on Manchester United’s Rashford.
According to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport, the Rossoneri are assessing the possibility of signing the striker on a loan deal until the end of the season in January.
Manchester United have already been looking to lock down Rashford on a fresh contract and may be in no mood to let him leave.
But AC Milan are exploring whether the Red Devils would consider sending him to Italy for a short loan stint in order to aid his development.
