Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas is not a priority target for Paris Saint-Germain as their search for a midfielder in January continues.

Fabregas is out of contract at Chelsea next summer and has made it clear that he wants to play more football, leading to speculation over his future at the club.

AC Milan are very much interested in signing the Spaniard, but are not willing to match Chelsea’s financial demands for a January deal and are now eyeing him on a free transfer at the end of the season.

Monaco also have their eyes on Fabregas and are reportedly prepared to use his good terms with Thierry Henry to lure him to the Stade Louis II in the coming months.

PSG are also in search of a midfielder and Fabregas is a player they are considering, but according to French sports daily L’Equipe, he is right at the bottom of their shortlist of targets.

The Parisians have been keeping tabs on a number of midfielders, with Aaron Ramsey, Idrissa Gueye and Fabinho on their wishlist.

Fabregas is also on their radar, but he is not their priority target and is mainly their fallback option should other deals not go through.
