Fixture: Manchester United vs Reading
Competition: FA Cup
Kick-off: 12:30 (UK time)

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has named his matchday squad for his side's third round FA Cup clash against Championship side Reading at Old Trafford later this afternoon.

Solskjaer has rejigged his midfield for the cup game with Fred and Ander Herrera making their way into the starting eleven. Alexis Sanchez has also received his first opportunity to start a game under the new manager after impressing as a substitute against Newcastle United. He will play alongside Romelu Lukaku and Juan Mata in the attack.

Scott McTominay has returned to the team and Matteo Darmian will partner Phil Jones at the heart of defence. Ashley Young and Diogo Dalot will occupy the full-back positions. Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Marouane Fellaini are on the bench. Youngsters Tahith Chong and James Garner also find a place in the squad.

Manchester United have faced Reading 15 times in the FA Cup and lost only once, which came way back in 1927. Solskjaer's side will look to keep this run going and avoid an early cup upset at Old Trafford.
